Some level of hand folding and onboarding were required at the beginning to get cohort members excited to join the challenge.Having a community and an accountability group can really help members take the leap and make progress in content creation.The purpose is to help aspiring, transitioning, and experienced Product Managers to build their personal brand on LinkedIn, learn, grow, share, connect, and network with each other. The Product Cradle community was born as part of this challenge, and it currently has 82 members and is growing strong.Collaboration opportunities came up as Omolara’s post was featured by RocketBlocks and Priyanka’s post was featured by Seekho.Omolara Osiyemi, ACIM gained 1,000+ new followers, doubled her follower count in a month, and 26% of engagement on her posts came from product managers and had 120K+ impressions.Priyanka Komala’s follower base increased by 25% to 5,000+ followers, had 100K+ impressions, 2,000+ engagements, and 22% of engagement came from product managers vs.Mirza Beširović gained 1,000+ new followers and 2/3 of them are product managers, had nearly a quarter million impressions, and engagement stats increased by +618%.A cohort was created and cohort members saw promising growth in their followers, engagements, and impressions, as well as engagement and connection quality:. ![]()
